For those looking for a way to build easy muscle, Omega-3 may provide a solution. Although, it has not been tested on humans, it looks promising. I have been eating Omega-3 fish pills, flax seed, and multi-vitamins for over a year now.
I do not see much of a difference in my physical appearance. In any case, I did not start on that stuff because of muscle. I started because I wanted to be healthy.
